"After I graduate, I hope to work with the geriatric’s population, possibly specializing in Dementia/Alzheimer’s disease. I feel the work in this field makes a difference in other’s lives, and it is very rewarding. At the LIAD Center, I enjoy engaging in games and interacting with the clients hands-on. The diagnosed individuals in the LIAD Center’s programs have so much valuable input about life and always make me laugh. Outside of my internship, I enjoy yoga, running, as well as taking my Australian Cattle dog, Ella, to the dog park."

I’ve heard so many great stories! Outside of my internship, I enjoy traveling and discovering food restaurants. Every _____ I volunteer with a nonprofit organization and by attending their annual national convention I visit a new city and state each year.
